Inline hockey is one of the worlds fastest growing sports. It focuses on player speed and skill, making it a very face paced, spectator friendly game.

Each team consists of 5 skaters and a goalie up 12 skaters and 2 goalies. 4 skaters and a goalie are on the surface at one time. The game consists of 2 halves; each half is either 22 minutes straight time or 15 minutes stop time. Other features are, no off-sides, no body-checking, no icing, 2 referee system, and the 2 line pass rule does not exist.

Who can participate?

Anyone regardless of age, gender, or skill level.


What are the eqiupment requirements?

CSA certified hockey helmet
Hockey gloves
Elbow pads
Jock / Jill strap
Hockey shin pads
Protective pant or girdle
Inline hockey skates
Shoulder pads are optional
Player 18 years of age and under must wear a CSA certified full face mask, as well as a mouth guard

Goalies

Chest protector with arm pads
Glove and blocker
Goalie leg pads (not street hockey pads)
Jock / Jill strap
Protective girdle
Inline hockey skates
CSA certified goalie mask
